Vinification: Pressing and protract contact with peels, fermentation in steel containers at a controlled temperature. Refinement in steel containers, then in tonneau for 6 months and, at the end, in bottles for another 6 months.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
- Color: Straw yellow
- Aroma: Wide bouquet of broom, chamomile, citrus, aromatic herbs, with slightly spicy and balsamic notes at the end.
- Taste: In the mouth striking for its elegance, pleasing round-ness, warm, good structure.
Pairings: First courses with fish and seafood, shellfish, white grilled meats and middle seasoned cheese
