Organoleptic Characteristics:
- Color: Deep ruby red, with violet reflections
- Aroma: Intense and persistent, with fruity hints of berry and cherries. Lightly spicy.
- Taste: Dry, well balanced and of a good structure.
Pairings: First courses with meat sauces, braised and boiled meats.
