Vinification: Natural fermenation and long maceration in contact with peels. Refinement in steel and cement containers, then in oak middle toasted tonneau and barrique for at least 24 months and, at the end, in bottles for at least another 6 months. It is produced only during the best vintages.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
- Color: Deep ruby red
- Aroma: Intense and persistent fruity bouquet of ripe cherry and plum, hints that blend well with sweet spices, licorice and vanilla.
- Taste: Well balanced and of a good structure.
Pairings: Stew ravioli, game and seasoned cheese.
